Photo Ref: Stock 14 by claudiafox

I was challenged to draw the above stock image by claudiafox.  Boy what a challenge!  I found it a difficult pose to draw due to the angle of the model's legs being to the side but her top half being somewhat propped up.  When combined with the top-down camera angle and the model's loose-fitting top, it was difficult to work out what her body was doing.  With the model looking off-screen (at least in the stock image) and a somewhat neutral expression, I simply couldn't find a way of creating the sort of playful pin-up I normally tend to draw.  So, after two attempts at drawing this I cut my losses and used it to experiment with Photoshop layering which led to the image I an submitting just now.  

I must be honest - it's not my best work, but it was a very challenging pose to (attempt to) draw.  Thanks for the suggestion Claudia
